Lifecare Innovations Introduces the
Quick Look Assessment

A Quick Look Assessment serves a purpose similar to that of a full  assessment, but it does so more succinctly and economically. Assessments are typically carried out to answer important questions regarding the care needs and functional status of an individual who is disabled in some way, whether by age-related frailties, psychiatric challenges or development/physical issues.

While a full assessment is exhaustive in its scope and often results in a 20-page report, the Quick Look assessment is a concise one-to-two page summary that focuses on the issue at hand: Whether or not an individual’s needs are safely met at home, how successfully a facility is delivering care, or whether a particular care arrangement puts the client’s estate at risk, for example.

The Quick Look Assessment features a single visit from a Lifecare Manager, a brief written summary with expert observations and recommendations, and a flat fee of $500.00.
