The IICLE 13th Annual Elder Law Short Course, to be held on Tuesday, December 5th and Wednesday, December 6th, 2017, at the Hilton Lisle/Naperville.  There will also be a live simulcast in Springfield (at the IICLE® Professional Education Center) and a live webcast.

The two-day conference will focus on those tricky issues encountered in the practice of law, such as psychiatric diagnoses of clients (as contrasted with the normal signs of aging) and financial exploitation of seniors. There will also be case law, legislative, and special needs planning updates.  Day two provides two tracks of sessions – one covering a myriad of guardianship topics and one covering topics such as Medicaid applications, estate planning for married couples, and long-term care.
